Blackberry is planning to launch a touch screen version gadget to compete with Apple’s IPhone. Research in Motion (RIM), the Canadian company behind the BlackBerry, has been working on the new model called ‘Thunder’. Rumours about the touch-screen version of BlackBerry firstlh appeared on the internet earlier this week, but the blacberry company, RIM has neither confirmed nor denied that the Thunder exists. If the this Thunder launch, it will be most likely be on market at the time of Blackberry’s other new model, known as ‘The Bold’, which what you see at your left.
The Bold is a competitive gadget for the iPhone, offering a media player, a two megapixel camera, and a stronger design with a stylish silver rim. The more advantage of the Bold is it also capable of wireless internet 3G, useful enough to fight the recent Apple Iphone and can compete the upcoming rumored of Apple iPhone with 3G version.
Although there are still no announcement yet from the RIM, but the product would be a direct rival to the iPhone.
