Mozilla has announced that June 17 as the “Download Day” for the new Mozilla Firefox 3 Browser. They attempt to set a Guinness World Records for the highest amount of software downloads within a 24-hour. Still, there is currently no accomplishment yet for the Guinness World record.

Mozilla, at the same time, will be releasing Firefox 3 release candidate 3 , the final release towards their full release. The new Firefox 3 includes a new rendering engine and was said will load pages faster, with fewer system usage.
